StuntIQ Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 2026 Version: 1.1 Product Stage: Closed Beta Operator: SkillGrade Labs LLC
1. Introduction
StuntIQ is a closed-beta sports video analysis platform operated by SkillGrade Labs LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and what deletion means in the current beta.
If you upload videos that include minor athletes, you represent that you have authority to do so and that any required parent or guardian permissions have been obtained.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- account information such as name, email address, and organization name
- uploaded video files and upload metadata
- consent records captured at upload time
- AI-derived data including pose/keypoint data, role labels, phase labels, attempt metrics, observations, and overlay artifacts
- review records, annotations, corrections, feedback, and processing/job history tied to a video
- session and technical data such as session identifiers, IP address, browser details, and usage timestamps
3. How We Use the Data
We use this data to:
- operate the StuntIQ beta and deliver analysis results
- process uploaded videos through the AI pipeline
- support customer access, product troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention
- evaluate and improve model quality while a video remains active in the beta
During the beta, uploaded videos and derived AI data may be used internally for model evaluation and model improvement while the associated video remains active.
4. Pose/Keypoint Data
The StuntIQ pipeline extracts body pose keypoints from detected people in uploaded videos.
- Pose/keypoint data is numerical body-position data derived from the uploaded video.
- We use it to generate analysis outputs and to evaluate and improve model performance while the video remains active.
- We do not use pose/keypoint data to identify a person by name or identity.
- We do not share pose/keypoint data for advertising or profiling purposes.
5. Where Data Is Stored
During the beta, StuntIQ stores data in multiple systems:
- uploaded videos and persisted AI artifact files in managed object storage
- account data, metadata, consent data, AI run data, pose/keypoint data, and related records in PostgreSQL
- session data in ephemeral session infrastructure
- temporary worker processing artifacts on worker-local disk while jobs are running
6. Retention and Deletion
The current beta uses a per-video deletion model.
- A specific uploaded video and its associated derived data remain in the product while that video remains active.
- Session data is ephemeral and expires through the session system.
- Worker-local transient artifacts are temporary and are normally deleted after successful processing or before retry.
- Audit records related to deletion and security events may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
If a specific uploaded video is deleted, or consent is revoked for that video, StuntIQ removes the application-managed active data for that video from the product, including the stored video, persisted AI artifacts, AI runs, observations, pose/keypoint records, attempt data, review data, and per-run dataset export files for that video.
Deletion or consent revocation does not retroactively retrain or change models that were already trained before the deletion completed.
See the Data Retention and Deletion Policy for the exact deletion scope.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer. We do not publicly expose uploaded videos or user-specific AI results.
8. Minor Athletes
StuntIQ is used in sports contexts that may include minors. Account holders who upload videos containing minors represent that they have the authority and required permissions to do so.
See the Youth Athlete Media Policy for additional detail.
9. Your Choices
In the current beta you may:
- request deletion of a specific uploaded video
- revoke consent for a specific uploaded video
The current beta does not provide a separate self-service account-wide deletion workflow.
If you no longer want a specific uploaded video to remain in active model-evaluation use, request deletion or consent revocation for that video.
