Video Consent Disclosure

This disclosure explains what you agree to when you consent to upload a video to StuntIQ. Read this before checking the consent box on the upload form. Consent is required and is not pre-checked.

What You Are Consenting To

This document explains what you agree to when you check the consent box on the upload screen. You must read this before consenting. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked. Consent is required to upload a video.

1. Athletes in the Video — Including Minors

Videos uploaded to StuntIQ may contain athletes, including athletes under the age of 18.

Before uploading, you confirm that:

You represent an authorized gym, school program, college program, or similar sports organization
You have obtained parental or guardian consent for any minor athletes appearing in the footage
You have the legal right to upload this video on behalf of your organization
The athletes depicted are participating in your program and are aware their footage may be reviewed through AI-assisted tools

You must not upload footage of athletes unless you have the authority to do so and the appropriate consents are in place.

2. AI Processing of Your Video

By consenting, you agree that the video will be automatically processed by StuntIQ's computer vision pipeline.

Processing includes:

Person detection — identifying athletes present in each frame
Pose keypoint extraction — generating numerical representations of body positions (shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles) for each detected person
Role classification — identifying each athlete's role (e.g., flyer, base, backspot)
Stunt phase detection — detecting preparation, execution, peak, and dismount stages
Difficulty estimation — automatically scoring the difficulty level of performed skills
Error flagging — identifying execution patterns that may indicate errors or safety concerns
Visualization overlays — generating visual analysis summaries for display within the platform

This processing is performed by automated software systems. No human reviewer accesses your video during the closed beta unless required for technical support.

3. Storage of Video and Derived Data

Your uploaded video and all AI-generated data derived from it will be stored by StuntIQ.

What is stored:

The original video file you upload
AI-generated analysis results (keypoints, classifications, difficulty scores, error flags)
Metadata associated with your upload (skill type, role, timestamp, consent record)
Processing logs and job history

Video data is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorized StuntIQ product and engineering workflows.

4. Use for Model Training and Product Improvement

As part of the closed beta, uploaded videos and derived data may be used to:

Improve the accuracy and reliability of AI models
Expand training datasets for sports computer vision models
Evaluate and improve product features and analysis outputs
Debug and resolve technical issues

You agree that beta-uploaded content may be used for these purposes. This does not grant any public sharing or commercial licensing rights beyond internal use for platform development.

5. Sharing with Authorized Coaches

Within your program's account, authorized coaches and administrators can:

View uploaded videos and AI-generated analysis outputs
Access pose and keypoint overlays generated from your video
Review difficulty scores and error detection outputs

Video access is scoped to your program's authorized users. Videos are not shared across programs without explicit authorization.

6. Data Retention

In the current beta, retention and deletion operate at the individual-video level. While a video remains active, StuntIQ may store the uploaded video and data derived from it. If a specific video is deleted, or consent is revoked for that specific video, StuntIQ removes the application-managed active data for that video from the product.

7. No Service Guarantees

This is a beta product. Analysis outputs are advisory only and should not be used as the sole basis for safety, eligibility, or scoring decisions. SkillGrade Labs LLC makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.
