Are uploaded videos public?
No. Uploads are not intended for public sharing. Access is restricted to the product workflow and authorized internal support and improvement activities during beta.
Why are data-use disclosures so visible?
Because beta participation is tied to evaluation and improvement. Programs should understand how uploads may be processed and used before they request access or submit video.
